Morgado Henrique Mbalate (1993) was born in Matola, Maputo, Mozambique. He is a Mozambican philosopher, author, poet and writer. He has a degree in Philosophy in the Human Resources and Ethics Specialization, from São Tomas University of Mozambique, with special emphasis about his graduation work: The Crisis of Moral Values in Contemporaneity Time in Friedrich Nietzsche's Perspective: The Moral Condition of the Men Who Killed God. He Studied Electronics and Telecomunications at the National School of Aeronautics (Mozambique). He received an hounourable mention at the Mondiale di Poesia Nosside award (2014) and at the IV International Poetry and Prose Competition (Brazil, 2017). He is the author of the book of poems Odisseia da Alma (Editora Edições Esgotadas, Viseu, Portugal, 2016). He participated in the CD of Black Literature O que nos a bala (Socoraba: Brazil, 2018). He is present in several foreign poetic anthilogies. He collaborates regulary in the Brazilian literary magazine Letrinha and Por dentro da África.
